Cleaned up well. Room is neat and like it Sanitized based on our request at the reception TV had options to connect Netflix and other few apps Food items not great. Very less items Water is not provided at the room. We may need to get from the dine area. Working table is provided and easy to pull and put it back under the TV cabinet

King rooms are very comfortable. When I stayed here this past Monday I found that they only had lightweight bedclothes and no extra blankets in the room. When I checked out on Tuesday morning, knowing that I was returning on Wednesday, I asked for a blanket to be placed in my room. On check-in I found 2 ready for me. The front desk staff have all been very pleasant and responsive. I have yet to use any of the facilities of the hotel, but based on my experiences to date I strongly recommend it.
The gentle man at the front desk was amazing this morning when I checked out! He was so kind and made sure I had something on my belly before my day of flight. Simple kindness goes a long way in a strange city. I wish I would have got his name.
I had a pleasant 2-night stay at the Courtyard Dulles Airport Herndon (April 06 - 08, 2021). I am impressed with the hospitality offered and the teamwork observed during my stay: Friendly, Courteous and Helpful Staff - Bassen (pardon for possible misspelling), the CY's shuttle operator: picked me up first at the Dulles Airport. Knowing that there are other CYs nearby and the possible confusions/inconvenience could occur to the guest, Bassen took the time to verify that I have boarded the correct CY shuttle - VERY THOUGHTFUL! We also had a cordial conversation on the ride to the hotel... Matt (at the Reception): Matt was helpful in familiarizing me with the public area where I could have friends over for a safe visit, given the COVID-19 social distancing policies... Grab-to-Go Breakfast - This has exceeded my expectation of service at a typical Courtyard by Marriott! Complimentary breakfasts typically are included as part of the CY-brand services. Therefore, I appreciate that the CY Dulles Airport offers coffee, juices, muffins, and fruits for the guests to kick off the day, while the Bistro remains closed due to the COVID-19. Engaging Management & Outstanding Teamwork - With any friendly, helpful frontline employees, there is always an engaging manager. I have witnessed Mr. Cory Gens, the General Manger, interacting with a culturally diverse staff on numerous occasions. I attribute much of the positive energy at this CY to Mr. Cory Gens' engaging management of a truly outstanding CY team. I am a Marriott Titanium member but believe that good services should never be taken for granted. Thank you for an exemplary Marriott hospitality!
Near to the Dulles airport around 5-6 miles.The rooms are well maintained the staff response was pretty good.Has good amount of parking space and they provide free shuttle to and fro towards the airport.Due to covid the socialising is not allowed and the breakfast is served in packed.
Very nice hotel. The staff is very responsive. I would recommend this hotel for anyone flying out of Dulles.

Naima is an excellent front desk agent. She really went above and beyond and I couldn’t thank here enough. I will say at this hotel every time I come back here No questions asked. Thanks Naima your amazing!!!
