It's a cute park. Plus I see this guy riding a really cool bike there. Does really crazy tricks and stuck

This is a place outside, in the middle of town, with wifi and chairs. I don't know what events, if any occur here, but it is nice to have a place to get work done on the go without finding and paying a coffee shop.

It's a nice view and the surrounding architecture has a nice atmosphere. It's also clean. There are benches to sit at and umbrella for shade. Also there's easy access to a trash can. There's a cute little library for little kids nearby.
