Wonderful LabCorp team, very helpful support staff, clean and spacious facility. I only have positive things to say about this LabCorp location. I have been to this location 3 times over the past year. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment (with appointment booked in advance). The reception area has appropriate spacing between chairs for COVID safety protocol. Check-in is automated, quick, and easy. The Lab Technicians are professional and friendly. Today I asked for help with a billing issue (not caused by this location) that I have been fighting with corporate LabCorp for a year, and the LabCorp representative at this location took it upon herself to help me resolve the issue by getting her supervisor to contact billing directly for me and fix the billing problem. I am beyond grateful for this assistance. Thank you, LabCorp Herndon team!

Short wait, allowed for good social distancing. Friendly but incompetent staff and customer service. Was billed twice for the same service, first one was supposed to be canceled right away. It wasn't, Labcorp has failed to reimburse me since they have no record of the payments. Have to involve my bank and perhaps take legal action. Would not recommend going here.
