This is the best place to eat chicken in Herndon. My family and I love expend time there while enjoying the fresh and tasty food served in minutes. The staff members are awesome!!

The cashier Yuri has an ugly attitude.. She is very rude. I live in Michigan so every time I come to Virginia to visit my aunt I always come to pollo campero because the food good. I will not be coming here anymore and is all because of the bad service the cashier Yuri gave me and my family. If she really hates her job than she don't need to be working there..
I visited this restaurant yesterday around 8:00 PM and my fist impression was amazing, the cashier was very nice and kind; Reyben did a great work taking my order carefully. My chicken was tasty and fresh as always.
I place an order and the manager told me 45 minutes to be ready I’ll order for delivery and I wait about two hours ,and then I called to the restaurant, manager told me that the food was delivered already I told him I’m still waiting for my food manager said you wanted the food coming and get it what kind of service is this???
I am partial to their grilled chicken, but their fried chicken is addictive. All the sides are good...especially the empanadas and rice. Incredible value.
