I went to this location, blood work for a physical. asked the representative if my insurance will cover the blood work and gave her my info. She said it will cover it. two weeks later I was sent a bill by Quest for 459.75 without knowing what the cost of the bloodwork outright and lying to me about my coverage. This is Phantom billing. If their representative had told me that I was not covered I would not of done my blood work there.

Beware of this awful place. I have reached out about my experience through their website, and have yet to receive a response. Leading me to believe that Quest does not care about the despicable treatment from their staff upon their patients. If you are unfortunate enough to go here, expect to spend an hour in the waiting area despite having an appointment. I signed in, but my appointment was not honored. I was accused of lying about making an appointment by a very rude, Indian man. I waited anyway, as I needed my results in order to see a specialist. I always sign paperwork to send my results both to my GP and my home, but the same man barked that I could retrieve my results myself from a mobile app. I think he was being spiteful, as he thought I lied about having an appointment. I was very uncomfortable, so I went to the LabCorp in the next building over. They were very prompt and friendly.

They say on their website that they take walk-ins and then once you arrive their is a sign at the fort saying they don’t because of co-vid. I tried calling so that I wouldn’t have to drive all the way there and they don’t take phone calls. I wanted to complain but as soon as I open the door there is someone already going back and forth with them. Absolutely horrible.

My daughter went here to get her blood drawn and the technician was verbally abusive and borderline physically abusive. Definitely avoid this location. I attempted to call and speak with the manager and literally could not get anyone on the phone after 30 minutes.

Calls go to voice mailbox that has not been set up. No one picks up the phone. When there, though, everyone is friendly and efficient.
