My Wife and I called on Saturday evening 30th January for our Covid vaccinations. and were very impressed at the way the staff looked after us. from leaving the car park a Lady shone a torch to show us the way then another lady directed us to book in at reception and be informed what was going to happen. then join a small queue. then a lady called us over for the injection and again full information. and then the jab and a 15 min rest then off home what a wonderful team of people thank you five stars I will give them 10 stars

Went to Minor Injuries Unit at QVMH this afternoon (09.02.2020) with a worsening UTI. Was not sure if this could be treated here but receptionist confirmed that it could. Just 1 other patient, waited just 10 minutes and after checking my sample, GP there confirmed infection. Medication dispensed then and there. So grateful for this fantastic local service. Not having to delay treatment, phone the GP trying to get an appointment or miss work is such a relief. I have never had such fantastic service from start to finish; free parking, clean and calm environment, polite and helpful staff and immediate dispensing of medication. Thank you so much, what an absolute asset to our town.
