My two young daughters have been registered at this practice now for over two years and I can't say enough good things about the dentists. They are very good and gentle with the children and address any question you might have. The receptionists are equally nice but the can be a bit nicer and be more inclusive

I have been in London for 4 years (from Italy). Just after I arrived I experienced severe tooth ache. I made an appointment with Heronsgate Dental Centre. From the first minute I found the staff friendly, professional and the quality treatment given out of the top drawer. I have check-ups there and receive reminders from them. Also just recently I had severe pain in a tooth and even though Covid is here, they accomodated me within 2 days. I give them 11 out of 10!!

I have a been a loyal customer to this dental practice for many years. I have my entire family registered there and today tried to book an appointment for my children and was told by a rather rude receptionist that because they missed 2 appointments in 2020 (the year of the pandemic might I add) that they have been deregistered and I essentially need to beg via email to get my children register again. The worse customer service I have ever had. I would never recommend this practice very unhelpful and rude staff especially the receptionists I have encountered. Needless to say I will be moving on to a dental practice that values my custom !
