Before beginning the project, he spent lots of time with us making sure the design was just right - from choosing materials to making sure it all fit within our budget, he was there for it all, always willing to answer our questions. Jessie met with us and agreed to do a preliminary 3D drawing of hardscape/landscape ideas we discussed for our back patio. He never produced the drawings and has failed to respond to voice and text messages for 3 weeks. Don't waste your time with this guy.
