Update: Vendor did pay all agreed upon costs and late-fees associated with deferred payment 15 months past due. Increased rating to reflect. Vendor was close to bankruptcy, and stopped paying suppliers. Bad counterparty risk; would worry about non-delivery of a contracted stand.
