What a great place to enjoy a hike and a bite to eat. We met friends at the landhotel and enjoyed a wonderful lunch followed by a beautiful walk through the forest. All six of us enjoyed our lunches, our service was friendly, and everything came to the table quickly. I couldn't ask for a better afternoon. Loved it!

Nice long hike, lots to see
Having eaten here before and liking the atmosphere, I tried to call to make a booking for a group of six for tomorrow night. I asked the lady on the phone, in German, if I could speak to her in English. She said, "I speak a little, but you must call back later. I don't have the time for this right now." I'm less than pleased with the customer service based on this exchange.

Nice out of the way hotel. New construction, and very nice rooms.
The hotel was great and much better as expected considering the price. Breakfast was very nice and the friendly owner was more than helpful with our questions regarding the trip we planned. The restaurant serves great put simple dishes, well worth the price. Due to the remote location of the hotel the cell coverage is very poor, I didn't had a signal at all. The hotel has good WiFi but it is using a satellite connection, and as such it is usable but very slow.
Real nice area to hike. Then you stop here and have a nice dinner and a beer.
