Herschel Retreat Center is a great place to go relax and unwind. Beautiful views and wonderful rustic environment. The house itself is very inviting and cozy. The fireplace is a perfect place to read a book in front of. The hot tub melts your stress away. All the amenities of home. Our family of 5 all enjoy it.

Herschel Retreat is an ideal place for a gateway. It has everything you need. Not only is it quiet and beautiful, but the house has so much for character. It’s good for couples, friends as well as family. It has rooms on the main floor, basement and an open space that you can share. Don’t worry if you forgot to bring something, the house is equipped with all the amenities. All the cooking appliances. In addition to that you would be able to enjoy all the board games, books and music that is available. Lastly, the 2 features that makes the stay spectacular is the fire pit out in the open and the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to revisit whenever we can with more people.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Lots to do if you choose but also a great place to just do nothing. Would definitely do this again.
This large but still cozy home reminded me of a mountain retreat. We had an amazing catered meal by a local (Rosetown) chef, tons of wood to burn in the fireplace, a relaxing evening in the hottub, and an excellent hostess in Jimmèe. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone wanting to get away and recharge.
We have held several friend reunion's at the Retreat House. It is beautiful. The hot tub is divine and the scenery is breathtaking. This is a little slice of heaven in the countryside, but not too far from town.
Very nice facility for a family gathering in a remote prairie location. Would definitely recommend it to others.
