As working hours came along my problem has been resolved after a short call. My issue was that I wanted to cancel my order but could not reach anyone during Sunday or do anything online. It is a store with basic online support or availability. You will notice that their online ordering process works well, which gives a feeling that your are dealing with a well established online shop (typically this is my experience with companies with headquarters in the Netherlands). But when reading the agreement conditions you will notice that there are limitations when you want cancel your order, or want to talk to someone etc... . Hence based on this I have changed my rating to 3 stars (the order conditions are not jumping out when ordering online but you have to search for it, there is a statement that you can give a call at their number if you have questions but then there is typical working hours). I believe that you deal with a correct shop with basic online service level, but should not be an issue when this is clear. I would recommend that some investment is done to engage with your customers faster (given the online platform idea), but that is an investment which you can consider making as you want to build your online platform.

I ordered a bike Popal in July (it's October now) which arrived damaged (after 2 weeks long delivery)... Then I was waiting for a pieces to exchange to be send for few weeks... Finally I have never received them and I decided that I want to return the bike. Now I'm waiting to return the bike and I'm only wasting my time because for every agreed date to pick up the bike no one comes... Now no one even answers my e-mails... I'm very patient person but sorry it's too much! I wasted last 3 months on e-mail exchanges instead of enjoying the new bike... Please come finally to pick up this bike and return my payment...

Heb er een bakfiets gehaald. Is echt de moeite waard om een stukje te rijden, dat heb je snel terugverdiend! Nu wij ermee rijden krijgen we veel vragen waar die vandaar komen. Binnenkort ga ik hier ook mijn andere fietsen halen, echt een aanrader. Gr Ferry

Voor onze kleine daar in Herselt een Popal Max gekocht een kwaliteits merk uit Nederland, ik werd er prima geholpen een aanbeveler, Fashionbikes heeft een rijk assortiment aan fietsjes voor kinderen maar ook voor de groten , ik zal de volgende keer weer binnenstappen daar.

Vriendelijk personeel erg behulpzaam, hebben veel moderne transport fietsen en Electrische Fietsen staan, ook aan de kleintjes is gedacht met veel keuze. Zitten achter Manege de Farm dus niet direct in het zicht. Aanrader !
