Marta Loose

Trish is my first regular instructor whom I follow and go to on the regular basis. She is so considerate, proficient, and just plain nice. I just love hearing her guidance and thinking to myself “It seems so simple to just guide and come up with the right words to say but I can never talk like Trish does, that’s for sure”. I love that location is safe and in a very safe town as I go to late evening classes. Lastly, I think one of my most favorite things about my classes, (besides feeling accomplished, spending time with the great people, and enjoying the “me time”) is even after all the sweating and exercising when I come home I still smell like chocolate (Trish has a chocolatey smell oils in her diffuser). I highly recommend Trish to those who love yoga \u200d️, those who want to experience yoga for the very first time, and those who just want to relax their body and mind! ️
