Steve was really helpful and spent time with us making sure we purchased the correct items.
Having ordered post & rail with plenty of time to spare at lunch time on the day of delivery got a call to say the posts were sub standard and no more likely to arrive! So despite all the replacements were pulled out and I had trades booked to come and fit I was left high and dry and told no one has stock its just one of those things!! Thankfully someone advised me to try JW Fencing, they have stock and are cheaper!! Poor show while trying to support a local company.
