Booked my wife's beetle in for a remap, had a nice little loan car at NO charge, super friendly place and was made to feel very welcomed. Picked the beetle back up and wow the difference is really noticeable from a little 1.2 turbo, totally changed the drive of the car now. Excellent work guys so pleased with the outcome.

I am a confirmed Petrol head with a number of older vehicles as well as some everyday cars driven by my myself, my wife and daughter, we have been a client of Richard and his team at Herts Auto Tek for five years. A complicated CPU issue on my old Mazda. Auto Tek (Richard) researched the issue thoroughly and had to obtain a wiring diagram, disassemble the car and do a careful elimination process to isolate the actual issue. He did this and replaced the CPU which he sourced. Got the car back on the road quickly, offered to drop it round, kept it garaged overnight. Extremely good value in terms of price, customer care and end result.
Really friendly staff, passionate about what they do, and a fantastic service. My remap has transformed my car!
