As an Expat for so many years have been in diferent clinics or visited doctors from different countries. Dr. EBERT is by far the best gynecologist I have ever had. She is sweet, caring and very professional. Always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend.
A bit annoyed by the phone call today, I explained I need a urgent termin when is earliest possible, she asked for my name, phone number BD etc, took forever to explain how to spell my name, after all this she said earliest termin is 3 months later in 2020, she could have said it first thing after my question, then I will answer politely: thank you, I can‘t wait that long I will call others. But no, have to wait 10 mins before telling me that, even though all that time still can‘t get my 4 letter last name right.
Sehr freundlich, ich bin sehr zufrieden, gehe schon viele Jahre zu Dr Ebert , sehr kompetent. Empfehlenswert.
Ich wurde in einem Notfall abgewiesen, weil die Praxis keine offizielle Vertretung für meine Praxis hatte. Dabei gab meine Praxis den ärztlichen Bereitschaftsdienst an, und dieser bat mich die umliegenden Praxen durchzutelefonieren. Hilfe im Notfall und bei Schmerzen zu verweigern ist nicht in Ordnung.
