I’m not even sure where to begin. First off, the water “cover” that goes over the slide had rips in it, children were getting caught in it as they slid down so we had to take that off. Then the Velcro on the actual slide was so scratchy everyone’s bottoms got so scratched and ripped up. I can’t even imagine how much worse it is with NO water. Second, the pool had a leak. I was willing to over look all this as “technical difficulties” until I called to find out when pick up would be as my time frame had well passed and it is Father’s Day, so I called to get an ETA, spoke to Jackie who told me she had no estimate even though my 9-12 pick up time had exceeded. She suggested I just leave my back gates unlocked and go about my day. I am not about to leave my backyard unsecured for strangers to enter... also when I told Jackie about the defects of the unit we got all she said was “we will look into it”. No apology. I work customer service as well and answer phones, this is unacceptable customer service.

BROKE INTO MY PROPERTY I ordered tables and chairs on a Friday night. Pick up was scheduled for Saturday 9-10am. No one showed up, or did not even call to say they were going to pick up on a different day. Instead, 2 teenage boys decided to let themselves into my property, without knocking on the door or placing a phone call to let me know they would make it out on this different day and BROKE INTO MY PROPERTY. When I confronted the boys, 1 of the 2 was mocking me, smirking and smiling the whole time. Not once did either of them apologize for their actions. I called the company right away to speak with the owner and was denied the access to speak with him. I was told I would receive a phone call from him the next day, yet I have still not heard from a manager, let alone, a phone call from the owner.
