I came with the assistance truck at the BMW Motorrad shop on a Saturday afternoon in June with a serious problem on the gear selector. My F850 GS Adventure was taken into the shop with Timo right away and was fixed within an hour. I didn't even hope to leave the shop with my motorcyle running that day but Timo and the BMW Motorrad team made every effort they could to fix my problem. Thanks for saving my trip, I recommend Hess AG ! It is by far the best customer service I have received with my BMW motorcyle.

The showroom is good with a great collection of bikes and accessories. The pre-sales is very impressive (obviously) but unfortunately, from my personal experience, the post-sales is terrible. It's been a nightmare for me all along. Bought a Triumph Speed Triple RS, 2 years ago. Started getting a rattling noise from the engine. It was so annoying that I ran it by the service team there. The response to me was that the noise was not going to be fatal for me. They also said that it's a bike with mechanical parts and that it was expected to have noises. Which is not what I expect from a top end model from Triumph. I did not argue and just went along. But the noise started getting so much on my nerves that I could not help but bring it in again. This time they did a more thorough check (i guess because the bike was with them for half a day) and told me they could not find anything wrong with it. I was not convinced and had to bring it into the notice of Triumph HQ of Switzerland. They arranged me an appointment at a different dealer for a second opinion. It took them less than 10 minutes to confirm something was wrong. Eventually they sent a report to HQ and Hess was informed to do \this-and-that\ which actually involved changing of a lot of the engine parts. The point is, it took about 4 to 5 months of my time and effort to finally get things done the right way. I wouldn't have written this review and would have let it pass. But then something else came up for which I tried to reach them by phone for 2 or 3 days in a row. No one answered and I had to go myself in person (during my working hours & amid this COVID situation) to arrange what I needed. I let that pass too. But now again I try to reach them by phone for something and these guys never answer the phone. This is not the kind of customer service I would expect from any dealer or shop no matter how small the buy is.

I was on the road travelling through Switzerland and ran into some issues with my Multistrada and received immediate and professional help with my vehicle allowing me to continue my trip. Furthermore, the service department offered help on the phone and provided a number of additional services and adjustments in order to help me. Very high recommended and thanks again! I visited H-D part only, although same administration runs Triumph and some other makes. Shop is fairly huge, has nice collection of brand new motobikes, as well as some really good second-hand ones on the floor. There are plenty of appareal and accessories for both women and man, everything sorted logically and easy accesible. Had an oportunity to talk with three of staff, and they all were really kind and helpful. One of the best H-D dealer shops I have been in.

I rented a BMW from Peter and he made sure that I was taken care of in every manner; GPS, helmet ,gloves. So enjoyed it...He was very gracious and it was an unforgettable experience. I've seen many reviews comment negatively, however my experience with BMW and Peter was outstanding! Admittedly some of the other people that I dealt with at the dealership were not kind like Peter, but doesn't matter, he was just so amazing and professional and renting a motorcycle to ride through the Swedish Countryside is so worth it. I met my brother in Luzern and there was no way I could have done it without the GPS, which Peter highly recommended and insisted I take. I will never again rent a motorcycle without getting a GPS made it so easy. So actually I guess 5 stars to Peter and to BMW outstanding!
