DELIVERY AFTER 3 MONTHS AND CONTINUOUS CALLS We ordered and paid for two blankets on 13.07. They sent the products to us on 12.08, and I indicated on the same day that I can't take the package for two weeks, because I am on holiday (which I think is not an extreme case). Client service said, it's no problem, they'll inform the deliverer. The product arrived on 14.08, and was sent back to Allnatura before I arrived home. The package stood for weeks in a warehouse somewhere, because Allnatura did not contact the delivery service and I as receiver could do nothing. I called client service at least weekly, and had to tell them the whole story over and over again. They were nice and always promised, that I have nothing to do, but to wait and I will receive it in a few days. But it never came. They didn't answer to emails, so I had nothing in written form only empty promises from the calls. The case did not move at all and I did not believe that we will ever receive the product (there was no possibility to escalate the case). But I kept calling weekly. The product finally arrived on 20.10.

Tolle Bettwäsche und Kopfkissen! Top Qualität & Preis Leistung! Ich schlafe mit der Bettwäsche viel besser als mit anderer herkömmlicher Bettwäsche, sie ist sehr atmungsaktiv, und sorgt für eine angenehme Temperatur während man schläft, es wird nicht zu heiß oder zu kalt unter der Decke. Und biologisch hergestellt ist die Bettwäsche auch. Die Verpackung ist statt aus Plastik, alles aus Papier! Daumen nach oben . Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolle, ökologische Möbel, die ihren (nicht ganz günstigen) Preis sicher wert sind. Die Atmosphäre des Geschäfts ist sehr angenehm, die Betreuer freundlich. Außerdem gibt es eine Möglichkeit sein Elektro-Auto zu laden, sowie eine Toilette mit Wickelplatz, und das sogar in der Herrentoilette!

Aufgepasst! 30 Tage Testphase für eine neue Matratze sind viel zu kurz. Wir haben ein Bett und zwei Matratzen bei allnatura gekauft. Von der neuen Matratze bekam ich Schulterschmerzen. Ich wurde am Telefon mehrfach beraten, solle den Lattenrost so oder so einstellen, dieses oder jenes Kissen verwenden. Alles sicher gute Ratschläge, die ich bereitwillig ausprobiert und jeweils ein paar Tage getestet habe. Jedoch alles ohne Erfolg. Leider waren dann im Handumdrehen auch die 30 Tage kostenfreie Rückgabe/Austausch vorbei. Ein kostenloser Austausch der Matratze war dann nicht mehr möglich. Jetzt steht in meinem Keller eine 600,- Euro Matratze und wartet auf die Entsorgung.
