The owners of the condominium above me installed hardwood floors against the CCRs. The noise from the flooring above was unbearable. I consulted with a close friend and head of one of the leading legal services firms in Brunswick County. She recommended Hewett Law Firm as one of the top Real Estate Law firms in the area, comprised of skilled attorneys having deep expertise in their individual areas. Their integrity, capabilities, and business practices are unequaled. They are great in HOA disputes, he is a no-nonsense and dedicated lawyer. In an effort to resolve the matter cost-effectively, he attempted mediation and informal negotiations with the neighbor. When his cooperative and reasoned approach failed, he filed suit and pursued the case aggressively. The other side attempted to drag out the case, but Mack cornered them with court-ordered evidentiary and financial sanctions, at which point they had little choice but to remove the flooring. Mack attacks and aggressively pursues when warranted, yet compromises when in the client's best interest, always strategizing to meet the client's needs. He communicates at every stage of the process, providing information necessary to make informed decisions. He takes the time to deal with questions, doubts or concerns. He communicates efficiently with other attorneys and relevant parties. He gets the job done. Mack's real estate law know-how is matched by only a select few in the county. He is an experienced litigator with substantial knowledge and expertise regarding the local courts. Mack speaks frequently at local real estate events and at Brunswick County Bar Association dinners.
