Walked in today to open an account. Not a single person greeted me, not even eye contact. I waited for 15-20 min hoping they were all busy, but eventually somebody would acknowledge me. Got up and left, walked 1/2 block down and opened account at TD bank.

Tellers are nice but they are always short of staff on Saturdays.
The worst They have only 1 notary. People are waiting hours. If you need a quick service go to another place
Short stuff, long waiting time!
There is walk-up at the front and back, but there is no drive through at this location.
