Delt with the manager Awesome guy. Put both my units next to each other, showed me both entrances, the bathroom, and how the whole thing works. Very clean place and you can enter either on front or back. 2 bays each and Dollie carts. Oh and the prices are the best around by a good amount

Moving from an overpriced competitor. The web price for my new unit was 20 more for a Unit that is more than twice the size of the one I had. Easy online sign up. Nice , clean facility with pleasant staff. I love their convenient hours.
We recently had a death in the family, and needed space to store some items that are of great sentimental importance. Cleo helped get us set up in just the right sized space, and really made the entire process very easy. The facility itself is new and clean and very convenient - easy in, easy out, with the ability to pull your vehicle right up into the bay to unload your stuff. I recommend Extra Space Storage in Hewlett to anyone who needs a bit more space. Great facility, great customer service.
Already having experience with another storage company , i was looking do downsize and get a better price. After shopping around, i spoke to the manager Mohammad who was very kind and answered all my questions. He was even helpful in allowing me to downsize the unit i asked for because i realized it was too big. I love that there is a parking lot and accessibility to moving carts. This mad the process more seamless.
Best rental unit I rented so far. Ample carts for loading, excellent customer service, units and maintained superbly and you don't struggle to open the door like some other places and most importantly they were the most reasonable out of the places I visited. Clevoland was pleasant efficient and helpful and assisted me with all my needs Highly recommend
Extra space storage is amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. Being that this was my first experience with storage. They helped to explain how everything worked and it is such an easy, and convenient process. It fills so good to be able to have a place that is secure to store my extra stuff and have more space in my apartment. Thanks to staff for all your help.
Newly opened this Hewlett location is very clean and spacious, wonderful upbeat music is played while you load and unload your belongings into your storage unit. I love this location and the manager is super friendly and accommodating. Overall I had a great experience.
Brand new clean storage allows you to park in the facility to avoid the rain would recommend.
