Every aspect of my experience was amazing. Starting with the moment you walk in the door, the atmosphere is very relaxing and warm (with a great aesthetic). I have gotten a lash lift and tint, which was painless and easy and definitely worth it. I would recommend it for anyone with straight or light lashes, or anyone going to an event! OBSESSED with my dermaplaning facial, left feeling super refreshed and amazing. The pricing is so reasonable, which is super exciting that I found a place that I can actually keep up with my skin care without breaking the bank. 12/10 would recommend.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment at Glow Labs. Daiana welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Daiana is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was in New York visiting a few friends and came to see Daiana on a recommendation. I am SO glad I stumbled upon her services as not only was her customer service amazing, but she really made me feel like my facial was personalized to my skin care needs. As I am back in Chicago, I will still reach out to her for advice on skin care and everything she has recommended has done wonders for my skin. I cannot wait to be back in New York and visit her beautiful Facial Bar!
Daiana is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything skincare (and then some.) I struggle with acne, dry skin, and rosacea. She took the time to learn my current skincare routine, all of my daily habits, my skin goals, etc. and recommended certain products and treatments. She explained certain ingredients to me, told me how to use them, and gave me so much info on each. She genuinely cares and wants the best for each client- which seems rare nowadays. Cannot recommend Glow Labs enough!
Wow where to begin. I have been going to Daiana since she started her business. It has been amazing watching her expand her business. Her new location is beautiful and extremely clean. They follow all COVID guidelines and protocols so you can feel perfectly safe going here during this time. Daiana has helped me through my acne struggles for a long time. She is so helpful and very responsive if you have questions or need help outside of a session! She is an amazing esthetician and I highly recommend going here for any of your skin care concerns.
Amazing and best facial I have ever had! Daiana made super comfortable and relaxed her way of massaging and way of doing facial it so much better and knowledgeable. She is very much helpful and she gave me so true advice I will recommend her all of friends. it worth it!
