Best doctor practice there is! Been a patient from day one, the staff is very nice and caring. Dr. Lalia and Dr. Lawrence are wonderful pediatricians that care about their patients. All of the nurses are also really nice. Sometimes there can be a wait, but they keep you informed. They have a lot of services there so you don't have to go anywhere else.

Horrible! They made an 87 yr old blind women with dementia wait 2 1/2 hours. That is ridiculous, and then they have the nerve to say we called her but she was in the bathroom. Hold her spot! I love the doctors here but this place is the worst. It used to be so good but it has gone down hill. And forget it to even get through to talk to someone thats another 1 hour. Spare yourself and find a different facility!

I had an appointment at 10AM for a Covid swab test which took 20 seconds. I arrived promptly and had to wait in my car for 30 minutes before someone came to the car to adminster the test. There wasn't anyone before me.and I called twice to remind them that I was waiting.

Horrible !! the wait time is outrageous to simply get to speak to someone on the phone line to book an appointment, and once you get to someone the way they speak to you is disgusting ! There’s no respect for the patients at all. This office was not like this at all before !! It’s possible they have new staff but they are doing a terrible !! job. It’s sad to see that the professionalism is no where to be found within the receptionist staff - Please train these individuals better and also hire more staff as they are complaining to patients that they are understaffed. Customer service should Never be sacrificed and patients will start going else where if the customer service is not improved.

Absolutely horrible have you sitting hours in a practically empty waiting saying they are waiting for a room
