I had a great service experience at this branch recently. Friendly, responsive staff, nice car and a complimentary drive home by the branch manager. I would definitely recommend.
Very poor service I would advise you not to purchase a van from here or rent a car. They do not explain their terms and conditions properly and are negligent in how they deal with this. their managers are rude and unprofessional. Someone drove into our van not our fault and they are now taking 1200 off her for a small dent. They send the car to their body works who doubt will elevate the price so you never get to see any of the excess back even if the costs for repair are nominal. Bad Company stay away!
