My wife tried to get a new phone via the fone house website. Said could not verify the card details even though they were correct, they then charged her card 2.50 (how could this be without verifying?) which has not been refunded and they state your card details are identification only. Stay away from this company seems like a con!!
Placed an order online and failed their own security check. More like unable to supply the phone. All sorted dealing direct with the network dont waste your time dealing with fonehouse.
