Efficient, effective and friendly - what more could you ask? Having moved away from the area I come back annually to have my eyes tested (all the latest gear to check just about everything that can be checked, and thoroughly). with the current restrictions it all felt very safe. Importantly, the friendly atmosphere has been retained if not increased. And the service was excellent with my glasses being posted to save me a journey from a low risk area to a (technically, though for Hexham not in reality) higher risk area. And my glasses arrived, cased, with cleaner and a couple of little sweet surprises - nice touch. Thank you - thoroughly recommend.
