Great Sunday lunch during lockdown and a lovely start to the new year. Ordered online and picked up at prearranged time. Superbly cooked pork and beef along with vegetables Yorkshire’s and roasties. Puddings delicious also

Lovely pub, but if you definitely want to get seated, I would recommend to book. Lovely food and drinks. We was waiting 45 minutes for the lamb, bit it was really tasty!

We had a delightful meal at the Heart of Northumberland. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, with good portions for the kids meals and a lovely range on the main menu. I can heartily recommend the cauliflower Tempura. It was amazing!
Brilliant menu and all excellently cooked that we have tried so far, from locally sourced fish to an unbelievable runny scotch egg. Something for everyone whether it's more traditional hearty food, or something with more complex flavours. The staff are fantastic, extremely attentive to your table and very efficient, overall just a really warming environment.
