Thank you so much. A broken screen on an iPhone repaired within 20 minutes at a very fair and reasonable cost. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff. A huge saving against getting Apple to fix the phone. Absolutely first class service. I am really impressed

Charged me for work not done. After several shop visits, calls etc. months passed and my phone has not been returned and work paid for to my laptop has not been done. Never written a bad review before but I've never experienced this bad a service. Very dishonest company

Took my phone for 3 months, was told that it would be ready in a week. We had payed for a new screen and battery. Almost a month later we still don't have it. We left it for a bit and gave him the benefit of the doubt. A bit later and we were worried. We went back and asked for the phone. The battery was NOT replaced and the screen wasn't either, it just had a bad screen protector placed on it, and the excuse that the screen worked and it didn't need replacing. We went in the next day and shouted at him (which helped) and he cowered and stuttered. He replaced the battery Infront of us, which didn't work so we left it with him again. Finally, we got it back with a screen that produces marks (you know the white marks you get if you press a screen too hard) while pressing it with only the tiniest force, and a battery that spazzes out any time you do anything without a charger in. First its 50%. It dies. You plug in a charger. Its now 83%. You turn it on. 11%. The point is that he is deceptive and overcharges you to buy the cheapest and most aftermarket parts possible.
