Nothing feels too much trouble for the staff at Kwik Fit, Haugh Lane, Hexham. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Even though this is a chain, it feels like a local garage - a really friendly and personal service. My brakes needed replacing urgently, and they did this the same day, without an appointment and genuinely got me the best price. Thank you again. Joanna Clark

Highly recommend. Hit a pot hole today and the guys replaced my two front tyres. We realised that my alignment must have been off because my tyres were worn on the outer so they sorted that and now my car feels great to drive. Reasonable price and professional quick service. Helpful & friendly staff

I am very happy with the service which was provided for me from Kwik Fit, Haugh Lane, Hexham. I had waited for the RAC to attend to my vehicle as it wouldn’t start, for four hours. They failed to get to me, I was lucky enough to be able to get my vehicle started by some other means. I went straight to Kwik Fit Haugh Lane Hexham, and found they had just closed. They very kindly helped me by fitting a new battery, this meant that they worked thirty minutes after they should have closed. Thank you so much for your commitment to your customers, clearly providing a service above and beyond. I really appreciate what you did, thanks again.

Fantastic service as always from Shane and the team. When starting the car after work both front headlight bulbs blew. Rang Shane & he asked me to come straight around to the garage as long as it was safe to drive with just the front fog lights on. New bulbs fitted and tested and back on my way in just over half an hour.
