Ive used the printing/photocopying service. Friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Good to know they offer this service, I'll definitely use Penfax again

Andrew is friendly, helpful and has great advice about all things stationery. He is particularly knowledgable about Fountain Pens - his prices are competitive too but what you get from Andrew that you don't get from Amazon is his help, he can change the nibs on fountain pens ensuring that you get the right nib and you can try it out before you buy.
