This practice was recommended to me. I can't recommend Kate enough. She used her incredible skills to alleviate the serious back pain I have suffered from for a long time. She also adjusted my hips so that one leg is no longer 1.5 inches shorter than the other!. I had experienced a lot of pain for months! The combination of acupuncture and physio really worked. From the moment you walk into the practice, you feel relaxed and important, greeted by the lovely Emily. Kate is fantastic, not only is she a specialist in her field, she has a fabulous sense of humour. The whole experience was excellent. Thank you ladies, all is still great with me, all the best for a brilliant 2021!

Fantastic service!! I have had back & shoulder pain for as long as I can remember, and after less than one hour with Kate the tension had completely gone! She was so lovely and make me really feel at ease during my visit. She was extremely thorough and talked me through everything she was doing. She also gave great aftercare with a personalised stretch program to take home. Absolutely cannot recommend Kate & team enough! Definitely worth the trip to Hexham!

I truly can’t thank or recommend Paul Houghbrough enough , after living with terrible leg pain for months I am now walking pain free! He truly is fantastic at what he does and the aftercare exercises and stretches given will hopefully help to prevent this happening again. I’m able to enjoy walking my dogs again!
