Supposedly scanned my Shell barcode on my mobile, didn't register but he said it did. Then tried to fob me off with technical details from receipt, basically he couldn't be bothered. Staff don't care, 2nd time I have been in and all they bothered about is getting your money. Customer service is rubbish. Will be using other petrol station in Hexham from now on.

According to the app, she’ll go should be available now. But the cashier is completely unaware of how it works and even lost the reward after I scan the card. Don’t even know if I got my visit logged in the app. Very disappointed.
I was in a rush and took money out the ATM, a charge of 1.75 if I remember correctly. I got given 40 in 5 pound notes. Afterwards I went into shop to pay for fuel and coffie. The man behind till asked if I had been to the cash machine. Which I reply yes. He asked if he can swap my 5 notes for some 10 or 20 pound notes. Which my response was NO! I had to pay to use their ATM and now he wants me to swap cash for free. Not impressed and will be going to the new fuel station from now on. Bad customer service.
Hexham's only petrol station. Good position. Shop included. Friendly staff. Not too expensive
