I'm really pleased that I've used this company twice now. The first was with the advice of James Mackie who helped me buy my first home. Everything went very smoothly and I was pleased enough to used them again. This was to sell the aforementioned house and buy another. This was taken care of by Forbes Lukins and was not at all straight forward. It took a lot of additional effort and was done with great accuracy and care. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company of Solicitors to anyone.

Dealt with James Mackie at this firm for many years for commercial conveyancing and other legal matters. Followed him here from a large Newcastle firm and would highly recommend this company. Small local office and worth travelling to for the quality and care you receive in commercial conveyancing and land matters. They do specialise in other areas of law but we haven’t used them in these fields. We have found James to be very honest frank and very good at explaining sometimes complex legal terms to us. Owing to James knowledge and expertise we have averted problems and disasters and managed to snap up great commercial properties over the years. First class service and great team to work with. There is a reason people remain loyal to this particular firm in legal matters. Stick with the best and your not disappointed. Fees are extremely reasonable and cheaper than you might think for the level of expertise on offer. Highly recommend.
