I choose this company for my mum's care, based on them being on the Rochdale Council approved list and them being local to my mum. I have not been disappointed, their telephone lines are always manned, even out of hours and any requests are responded to. As my mum's care needs increased, Cottage Care kept me fully informed and the service they provide is excellent. My mum receives first class personal care and the team of careers are always friendly and polite. My mum was very independent and I thought that she would not like the idea of strangers going into the house. She got used to them very quickly and describes them as \marvellous\, saying that she \couldn't manage without them\. Her life has improved as a result of their care, so has mine knowing that my mum is getting the help that she needs. Thank you
