After putting a fairly deep gouge in two doors and part of the rear wheel arch, DLG came and picked the car up to carry out repairs they let me know what they were going to do and how long it would take, after they dropped the car off I was amazed by how good the repair was. also the car came back as though I'd just driven it out of a showroom, they'd even vacuumed the boot out, Perfect! couldn't have asked for better service,

The person who came to collect the vehicle was very professional. Covid guidelines were met. Got regular updates on status of vehicle. Vehicle repaired to high standard. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend to others.

I had some minor damage that needed to be repaired, communication from DLG was excellent and in the day of collection the driver was very punctual and his customer service skills superb. He was courteous and friendly whilst explaining what would happen with the repair. The car was returned with the damage repaired on time and the same driver once again was great. No issues at all with the service from DLG.
