This was my first time getting botox, and I wanted to have my treatment at a proper clinic which is exactly what I found at face medical. The professional and knowledgeable team handled my (many) questions with ease and I never felt pressured to have any treatment. All of the products and treatments I have chosen have been fully catered to my requirements and I couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend!

Was in a lot of pain and embarrassment with my skin condition so sent a query via the business WhatsApp so I could provide an image. Read message pretty much straight away. Waited a week and still no answer or acknowledgement. Instead of rudely ignoring a query a simple o we can't help\ would have sufficed or even just acknowledging the message and saying they'd advise in a few days etc. Wanted to go to a local businesses instead of a large chain even if it would be more expensive. Clearly don't need the business if they ignore potential customers so I shall stick to my current clinic in Manchester. Very disheartening in the current climate
