Lots of people leaving reviews here don't seem to understand that the Post Office and Royal Mail are two different organisations. Also, I find it weird that a few reviewers are all complaining about one member of staff and they all seem to know his name. If it's the guy with the beard, in my experience, he's always super friendly and polite. I think some reviewers here must have issues of their own and should probably question why they believe what they do. The perception of udeness\ is entirely subjective and often mistaken, unless you can qualify that statement with an actual incident.

I can not believe how rude the staff were. I walked in and asked the guy on the first till who was chatting to his friend a simple question. He immediately dismissed and told me to join th que stating that he is there to serve customers... am I not a customer? There was no one in the queue. As soon as I joined the que he then called me. I went and continued with my queries. I went outside completed the form and went back to ask more questions and now the friend/colleague was back in his serving station. I passed him the form and asked about supporting evidence. Before I could finish my sentence he put his hand up and told me \im trying to help you\. He clearly was going for the angry black woman narrative. He checked over the forms and threw a pen at me telling me to write the adress on the envelope. I walked away wondering what it is exactly that I got wrong. I spoke nicely. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude from staff. Still here with the form because my question still hasn't been answered.
Always fantastic service from Adil, Amelia and Courtney who never moan about the large number of parcels I take on a daily basis. A credit to the Post Office as they're always extremely helpful and polite.
Lovely customer service, pleasant staff.
