Will be ordering from a decent range of wallpaper Nice friendly helpful staff. Surprisingly a really nice shop inside. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover. Hence really needs a nice front to the shop.

I find the service from this merchant absolutely diabolical. They are all smiles & pleasant, but the after service leaves a lot to be desired. I categorically asked if I was to over order wallpaper by 3/4 rolls, could I bring any unopened or undamaged for a refund. I was told by the manager (Simon) yes. When I tried to return it was told they don’t do refunds, only credit notes. When I confronted Simon, he said he didn’t say that, so basically was inferring that I was lying. The store where we went (Salford) mixed up the paint type we wanted, TWICE! Will never be using this store again Terrible customer service!!!!
