I spoke to the most wonderful lady called Janet at the Pheonix Centre who gave me a contact number for a smear test. My doctors at Heywood Health ( argyle st) had cancelled on me 3 times! When I called and spoke to Janet I was quiet upset as I had completely lost faith in my doctors surgery. Janet was caring and super helpful, I just wish my surgery had staff with even a quarter of Janet's customer care and compassion. My appointment for my test is tomorrow at the Pheonix centre and I cant thank Janet enough.

This is my first visit to this place for my Psoriasis treatment i found the people at reception to be really helpful and the nurse and staff to be caring and attentive
So its been 2 months since i singed up i had to ring them and let them know i couldn't make the first appointment they give me as i work late and the appointment was to late for me but its was 23 hours notice they told me it was not enough but i tried to ring them earlier but they was busy eating dinner anyway forget that so she said it has to he a cancellation so they made me another appointment for the end of the month they text me on the same day that my appointment has been cancelled with no reason but yet that is not 24 hours notice but i have to give them 24 hours notice otherwise it goes down on my name this dentist is the biggest joke do not waste your time sign up somewhere else 2 months can't even get in for a check up how professional
Had some teeth extracted today and I am very please to say how pleasant my experience was. Staff was lovely and not judgemental. Everyone was very professional and excellent team work.
New system for ear syringing would be better if your Nurse turned up. Receptionist couldn't be more apologetic - that's why the service scored more than 1 star.
