DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF FLAT OR HOUSING!!! I have been living in one of there property's for just over 2 years since I have moved in I had no heating for 1 year and a half a took me threatening them with solisitors before they came and sorted it also left me with 9 busted windows for a year and a half telling me it was condensation (my first property so I didn't know any different) It is now over 2 and a half years later and I've had a mould and damp problem since day one and they still hvnt sorted this I now have a 4 month old that is unwell due to the mould and damp yet there blaming me for all of it I have been told off people who work for there company to contact solisitors many times in the past but when the solisitors contacted guinness before my child was born they promise to sort all problems a full year later still nothing. I have had to contact them as my health visitor has advised me to move until the problems are sorted guinness are refusing to do this and I now have mold on my daughter mattresses for her Moses and cot and there still not replacing or sorting this situation. NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY WILL LET YOU GET SERIOUSLY I'LL BEFORE THEY SORT ANY DAMAGED IN THE PROPERTY!!!

I don't even know where to start... So I have been living in a GUINNESS PARTNERSHIP property for 16 years. This is a place I class as my home. All the years living here we had the old wooden windows and doors which was literally falling to bits, so much so you could pick at the wood. We had to put towels on EVERY SINGLE windowsill in the house because in winter they let in a draft (which made out heating bill outrageous) and they all leaked water which then lead to mould. We had to constantly mither and beg for new windows and doors.. all the 16 years of living here they refused. It was so heartbreaking and stressful at times as we were so cold! We finally got new windows 6 months ago..but they only did the downstairs! Any chance they get to avoid spending money the will! 3 weeks ago, they treated us absolutely disgusting..after living here for 16 years!! they called up out of the blue and said we had 4 weeks to move out. I was informed that this was because they can get more money for the property if a family was living in the house! I was so distraught I just broke down, I didn't know what to do! I called them up and they just didn't give a flying f***. 16 years, all rent paid every week on time for all those years then one day they call up and tell us to leave..My contract wasn't breached in any way, all rent paid..they just wanted more money for the property.. To make this worse! I had a knock at the door last week! and a surveyor had come to look at the house as they have already given my house away to a family waiting to move in 3 days!!! after I was due to move out! They are disgusting, they don't care what state the house is in, they expect people to live in the cold, they ignore emails, phone calls and they don't turn up to jobs. Just please don't go with this company you will 1000% regret it.

The worst Housing Association you ever have a chance to deal with, constant issues mess in their own paperwork and office, constant mistakes and miscommunication I would never recommend it even to the worst enemy.
