A few weeks have passed since I took part in the HI Highland Odyssey and I gladly look back on the amazingly great time in Scotland. For me it was the first trip of its kind. I expected to take part in some guided trips during the tour and experience the Highlands on a bike. What I got on the trip was a lot more. Our guide Chris gave all his best to tell us as much as possible about his homeland and show the most beautiful sides of the Highland Trails. In addition to the impressive nature, I was particularly touched by the hospitality and warmth of the people. I was absolutely thrilled by the diversity of the Highlands. Forests, heathland, rivers, lakes, the sea, mountains, everything was there. In addition to the great trails, H I had put together great accommodations and selected really great restaurants for dinner. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the really great service. It was a fantastic experience and I will definitely do my next MTB trip with H I again!

Cat at H&I Adventures is amazing to work with! I booked a tour to Nepal for 2020, which I then changed to 2021 and added a trip to Bhutan for 2021 - these trips look amazing - and then I decided to cancel my 2021 trips due to COVID, and H&I gave me a full refund without any issues - your money is safe with H&I, and I think anyone can feel good about giving H&I your deposit. I look forward to all this pandemic s*** ending and going on a tour with H&I in the future- all their tours look amazing!
An Extraordinary Adventure in the Fjords of Norway HI always set the bar very high by their own standards and well deserved excellent reputation. Being my 4th H and I tour - and with a trip description plus a stunning tour video that offered so much, my expectations for this trip were sky high. This expedition well and truly exceeded those expectations. Norway's stunning beauty and raw trails experienced via a boat full of personality, history and character create a thoroughly memorable and mind blowing adventure. A brilliant crew, mountain biking guide and miracle working chef tick all the remaining boxes. Regardless of your prowess on a bike and appetite for adventure, you'll approach or have your limits tested at some stage - but if the tour description has already got your attention......well, you'll never not have a big smile on your dial. Every now and then something special comes along that really reinforces how great it is to be a mountain biker. The HI adventure in The Fjords of Norway is one of those things.
This was a great and spectacular trip. From the beginning to the end, everything was very well planned out and seamless... the guides were great, amazing and knowledgable.... and Domen was basically an encyclopedia of knowledge about the area and history. the riding was tough and hard, but enjoyable and the scenery was spectacular... not to mention the food and wine also... this is is highly recommended trip...
The Andalusia trip is a must for all mountain bikers. The scenery is stunning, and the biking is first class...lots of adrenaline-fueled, technical descents; an abundance of manageable technical climbs, and amazing food each night to cap off the efforts of the day. It goes without saying that the guides - Cali and Javi are superb...this is their home, and they know how to look after you. If you're fit, love some technical riding, and have an appetite - this trip is right up your alley.
The coast to coast was better than I imagined. What a spectacular place to ride with every turn leading to another beautiful view. Mark and Euan guided our group of 9, modifying as needed based on weather and trail conditions. They did an amazing job of keeping the group together and motivated. Our driver, Donald, was always on schedule and ready for us at every stop. The Yeti bikes rode well, especially given all the terrain and water put in their way. All of the accommodations were clean with good breakfasts to fuel us for the long days ahead. The planning and attention to detail by H&I is outstanding. They anticipated all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great experience. I started looking at other trips while waiting to leave Inverness airport. I'll be back!
H&I just know how to do bike trips... Bucket list trip Nepal: Ticked the box with the biggest, fattest green marker I could find. Torridon & Skye: perfect!
