Hi Energy Martial Arts Academy has been a fantastic activity for both myself and my children to enjoy. My boys (aged 5 and 7) both attend classes and have a great time whilst learning a skill and getting great exercise. I joined the Women's only classes to help me to lose weight and get fit but within two weeks I was comfortable enough to take part in the Mixed classes. I LOVE it. I wish I could train more often but my schedule won't allow for it. Peter and Janine are fantastic trainers and really put you at ease. Training changes every session so it is never boring and I always look forward to going, which is not something I've EVER said about exercising.

My Daughter has been attending Tiny Tigers now for a few months and she absolutely loves it! She's only 4 but her confidence and concentration have come on leaps and bounds! Peter and Janine are fab with all the children and I highly recommend the classes to everyone!!

Our son has been attending for a year now. He is 6 and had the concentration of a flea. I can't reccomend these classes enough. In the whole year there has never been 2 classes the same. Peter and Janine our fantastic with all the kids. You see new kids attending and our shy, they make them feel welcome and before you know it, its like they have been going forever. They also do belt graduations and all the kids are involved. Its value for money and has brought our son on leaps and bounds. Brilliant classes and keeps the kids on their toes!!

Our son has been attending High Energy Martial Arts Academy for nearly 2 years. He started in the Tiny Tigers classes and moved on up to the Kenpo Kids through the belt graduation process. Our son loves going to his classes, and the instruction received from Peter and Janine is first class, which is tailored for each age group.
