I went through the process of picking out and customizing a pair of prescription sunglasses. The process was seamless and easy and all done online without even trying the glasses on. I got them in the mail today (shipped in one day!) and I LOVE them! Can’t wait to wear them the rest of summer! Thank you Hi-Tech Optical!!
Angie, thank you for your help and understanding of my needs. I do love my new sunglasses, and they're much better with the high intensity lenses. Now that I know what I need in my lenses, I will be coming back.
My father purchased a pair of glasses from this facility and they didn’t install the prisms needed for his eye glasses and he ended up in a near car crash and the ER due to double vision and blurred vision, when he came back to this “hi-tech” place they told him basically to pound sand and too bad!! AND openly ADMITTED they make mistakes ALL OF THE TIME!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone Poor service and poor customer treatment once they get your money they could Care less about you
Had an exam here and visited several times inquiring about Wiley-X prescription sunglasses. Wiley-X assured me they had several styles that I could get with prescription lenses without inserts. The staff at Hi-Tech repeatedly assured me it could not be done, impossible because of the curvature. I asked them to check with the manufacturer since they told me it was possible. Finally I went elsewhere in town and guess what, I have an awesome pair of wrap-around Wiley-X sunglasses now, no thanks to Hi-Tech.
