the store in Westland mall has the most rude manager i have ever spoke to in my life, lady with short blonde hair, never wanted to leave a store so badly, the other blonde girl that works there also had a nasty attitude, something has to be done, they clearly don’t know anything about customer service, not only rude to customers but also the workers there, you can tell they were miserable.
