Arabel was unwilling to replace/support their Zebra Blinds that they provided LA Custom Blinds They didn’t accept videos taken by the LA Custom Blinds installer They didn’t accept videos taken by myself Arabel had LA Custom Blinds attempt to “fix” their blinds without any success LA Custom Blinds ordered a replacement Zebra Blinds 4 weeks ago (delivery time of the original defective Zebra Blinds was 2 weeks) from Arabel and still waiting Talked to the owner of Arabel - Howard (twice). • First time he promised to address the situation by the end of the day - no results two months later • Second I called, he hung up on me Asked for a Warranty Agreement from Arabel and LA Custom Blinds, only received a general photocopied “agreement” with no value Given my still-ongoing experience, complete understanding why they feel there is no need to provide any agreement on services they will never provide or malfunctioning products that they will support once they have your Completely misplaced my support for small businesses during these COVID19 times Buyer Beware unless you have a lot of time to waste - in my case, 4 months with no expectations that any of my daily messages will be returned
