So my sister was supposed to be having surgery so we went to go get her a faja and her surgery got canceled do to low iron so we went to go return the faja and the lady in there refused return it saying it wasn’t in perfect condition when it was never even worn in the first place she started to Spanish to another customer and laughing she had terrible customer service and terrible English were in America not China

I recently purchased a full body faja and I love it! One of the seams came out (by my butt) however they immediately took care of it once I brought it, had it done within 2 days!! The customer service is phenomenal they are so helpful and kind! Definitely have a loyal customer with me!!!

Ana María is an asset to this company after having surgery and needing a compression garment her expertise made a huge difference in the final outcome I’m a very happy and satisfied customer and will come back for a second garment and also to alter the one I first bought with another excellent and pleasant employee La Tia de las alteraciones. The staff was amazing, the Products are Super good, strong material my only complaint is that they charge me 10 more for the items I got. I didn't realized until I got home and check the received. KEEP YOUR EYES AND EARS OPEN : )
