The following email string and response was by Janella, the owner of \Flowers by Pouparina\ and me: Me: This is the Maldonado Family. My wife Anabel bought flowers from your business yesterday for her sick aunt. We are extremely unhappy with the flowers and the customer service we've received. We are requesting a full reimbursement of the 235.99 charged to my wife's credit card. When I spoke to you, you said if we remove our negative reviews and you pick up the flowers, you will reimburse my wife the full amount. We have agreed to these conditions. Please respond that you will follow through with this settlement and all family members will remove their reviews. All parties will be satisfied. We paid 235 dollars for this... You be the judge. We were very specific on what we wanted and didn't get it at all. We asked for peonies, garden roses and orquid arrangement. Very specific, we paid for an expensive beautiful arrangement and this is what we got mushed peonies and carnations. Update... Can't believe I'm being called evil for being a dissatisfied customer and having an opinion, Wow!
