This has been the worse customer service experience that I have ever had. I went to this place because I was in a hurry and I was not able to order a walking boot online and get it the same day since I had to travel. To start with they charge you 2-3 times the regular price of the foot brace walking boot. Once you are inside the room and you expect someone to help you out but what you find out is a lady that had zero customer service skills that wants you out of the room and doesn't want to let you try any of the boots because she just doesn't wants to see anybody. Since I was in a hurry because I had to be that same day at the airport I had to buy the boot. Her excuse was that I could not try any other walking boot because she had to \adjust\ them. The adjustment was nothing else than closing 3 Velcro straps. Don't go to this place it is going to be expensive and a terrible customer service.
