Sandra the worst manager ever Im a loyal customer of invicta and recently had a horrible experience with the manager Sandra at this location who was very nasty, rude and unprofessional and denied to size the watches I purchased at that location because there was two other customers in line. I proposed to her that I was willing to drop them off and pick them up at a later time which she refused and told me to come another day with a very nasty attitude and then proceeded to wave me off while offering another customer that same treatment I was denied. Very nasty and unprofessional manager and I will NEVER be purchasing any other invicta product again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! this store in particular at this location is very unprofessional and they do not do their jobs. I have been waiting for a month and a half for my watch to get fixed and every time I go to check on it, it’s still there without any work being done to it, and on top of it all they do not call me ever when they promised to Give me a call, Worst customer service ever DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, their sales are a huge scam as well it’s just a terrible experience over all.

If I can give zero star I would. The store does not take returns and refund your money. They have a “convenient” policy that you cannot contest it, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have Technomarine watches offering 2X1 and 3X5, at 440 each watch. So be very careful because you can find the same watches at Amazon and Ebay for 109 and 170. They also coerce you to buy unnecessary insurance over 100 for each watch. Do not fall into the trap and evil of these sellers this deceptive publicity. Stay away from Invicta stores.

Go Online prices are way cheaper !!!My wife purchased a watch from the local invicta store in the mall for my birthday I own 6 invictas and buy online only she didn’t know the difference between in store vs online she came to find out online prices are usually 30-40% off with free shipping and you can return for your money back (way more options than in store ) when she we went back to the store to see if they can match their own online price they said no only exchanges they take advantage of people buying in the mall and are not informed about their website prices in store 190 on their website 119 big difference ...

Do not trust this invicta store. They lie to the costomer!!! I went to this store today 01/21/19 to buy a invicta box for 59.99 instead I have a cupon provided for an invicta store in the las month of december after spend more tham 1000.00 in watches, bellows of this i'm going to write exactly what the cupon said. Holiday Cupon Radeemable between Jan 15 to March 31 2019 Only one 50 coupon can be applied per transaction. Coupon is not redeamable for cash back must use the total amount of 50 per transaction. Valid in Invicta Stores. Not including Invicta Stores online. Valid only in the 50 States Disc. Amound 50.00 This is the ful coupon description, the employee of this store in Westland Mall in Hialeah and the Manager also told me that this coupon is only valid when you buy a watch, this is absolutely ridiculous, the coupon description doesn't said anything related with a purchase, is just a 50 discount and the price of the box that I'm tried to buy was 63.00 so if they accepted my coupon I have to pay 13.00. I'm very disappointed with this situation at this store.
